Rosemary & Almond Crackers

So easy to make, gluten-free and delicious. These crackers will be a regular feature on your grazing board!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups almond meal

  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal

  • 2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

  • ½  tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C.

  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl with 3 tablespoons water. Combine with a spatula until a ball forms. You may need to push it together with your hands at the end.

  3. Roll the ‘dough’ between two sheets of baking paper. Cut out desired shapes or leave as one large sheet to break up later. 

  4. Bake the crackers in the oven for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.

  5. Keep in an airtight container for up to a month.


Makes around 40 crackers
