Choc-Cherry Christmas Trifle
I used to love trifle at Christmas BBQs when I was a kid. Well, at least I loved the custard, jelly, and cream. My version is healthier, tastier, and kinder. Try it with different fruits and berries. Don't believe the hype, you don't need oil to fry onions until they caramelise! These are super yummy and pair beautifully with my vegan cheddar cheeze.
