Sometimes we'll be out with friends and someone offers us food that most of the population would consider "healthy". Actually, it's poison.
"Just have a taste of this raw acai cashew cheesecake"... we know it's loaded with saturated fats. But we take a bite to make our friend happy. The first tiny crime against our wellness journey.
The trouble is that each time we do this the damage accumulates. Every tiny deviation from the path to wellness is a step backwards. Each bite we take should be of foods that heal, not harm. Foods that nourish us, make our cell membranes flexible and not rigid.
If we refuse to partake in these crimes our body will be given the best resources to heal.
