As a part of your workplace wellbeing program, we can come to your place of work to show how easy it is to prepare delicious whole food, plant-based dishes.
We bring all the ingredients and equipment to made some delicious dishes! All we need is access to a sink for washing hands.

Sure do.
We can bring our own toolkit, depending on what the recipe requires. Our emphasis though is that we will use the equipment you have in your kitchen (unless a recipe calls for something specific). We also use ingredients that are easily availabe to show you how cooking with whole plant foods is doable for anyone.
Prior to the booking we will liase with you to work out what else we may require on the day.
For example, if you really want to try banana nicecream we are more than happy to bring a high speed blender!
Yes! Cooking classes can still be fun on an online platform.
Prior to the class I can provide you with a list of ingredients so you can cook along with me and then enjoy the meal where ever you might be situated.

Rebecca is certified in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell University. She has extensive experience in cooking demonstrations and classes where she shares her knowledge of the benefits of eating whole plant foods.
She writes for an online community, SheSapiens, as their Plant-Based Nutrition expert. Her recipes are available through Vegan Easy where she is a guest blogger. She has also featured a number of times at the Vegan Festival Adelaide as as a guest speaker and cooking demonstrator. Rebecca is regularly involved with Doctors for Nutrition as a speaker, demonstrator and recipe contributor.
