  • What are the costs of Just Eat Plants cooking services?
    Good question. There are a few options available. See our pricing webpage for details or even better, get in touch for a quote!
  • Do you cater for allergies, dietary requirements and taste preferences?"
    Yes! All of the ingredients are plant-based and oil free. We have experience in cooking nut free, gluten free and low FODMAP. Prior to booking please provide as much information as possible so we can cater to your needs. If you have any questions, please contact us for further details.
  • I'm too tired to cook. Can you meal prep for my busy week?
    Sure can. We understand that life sometimes gets so busy that we lack the time to feed ourselves nourishing foods. That's where our meal prep services come in. We work out what you love to eat, how many meals you need and go from there.   • Do you teach cooking classes?
    Definitely. Whether you want a private lesson or invite some friends over for cooking session, we can cater for your needs in the comfort of your own kitchen. For information, see our pricing and menu options.
  • What do your workplace cooking demonstrations involve?
    As a part of your workplace wellbeing program, we can come to your place of work to show how easy it is to prepare delicious whole food, plant-based dishes. We bring all the ingredients and equipment to made some delicious dishes! All we need is access to a sink for washing hands. For information, get in touch to work out what would best suit you.
  • Do you bring your own equipment and tools?
    Sure do. We can bring our own toolkit, depending on what the recipe requires. Our emphasis though is that we will use the equipment you have in your kitchen (unless a recipe calls for something specific). We also use ingredients that are easily availabe to show you how cooking with whole plant foods is doable for anyone. Prior to the booking we will liase with you to work out what else we may require on the day. For example, if you really want to try banana nicecream we are more than happy to bring a high speed blender!
  • Do you deliver your cooking classes online?
    Yes! Cooking classes can still be fun on an online platform. Prior to the class I can provide you with a list of ingredients so you can cook along with me and then enjoy the meal where ever you might be situated. I have delivered successful classes to people on the other side of the world! Get in touch with me if you'd like to book a class.
  • What knowledge in plant-based nutrition do you have?
    Rebecca is certified in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell University. She has extensive experience in cooking demonstrations and classes where she shares her knowledge of the benefits of eating whole plant foods. She writes for an online community, SheSapiens, as their Plant-Based Nutrition expert. Her recipes are available through Vegan Easy where she is a guest blogger. She has also featured a number of times at the Vegan Festival Adelaide as as a guest speaker and cooking demonstrator. Rebecca is regularly involved with Doctors for Nutrition as a speaker, demonstrator and recipe contributor.
