About the event
Have you ever wanted to make cultured vegetables but lacked the confidence to do it right? Perhaps you are constantly disappointed with soy yoghurt that you buy at the supermarket and would love to learn how to make it at home?Â
In this online workshop you will learn how to do these and more!
On the menu:
- Crunchy and tangy fermented red cabbage with cumin seeds
- Vegan kimchi as hot (or not) as you like it
- Thick and creamy soy yoghurt
- Green tea kombucha
You are welcome to chop along with me or just watch. Price is per screen so invite a friend over to join in!
The ingredients list, and where to source them, will be provided one week before the class. The only equipment required is a yoghurt maker (or something that keeps a constant 37 to 40 degrees) if you would like to make your own soy yoghurt. Oh and you will need plenty of large glass jars!
