Everyone loves a mouth watering, creamy curry! But Indian food can be heavy in butter and fat. This Tofu Makhani recipe is not only lower in fat but also health promoting.
In this online, interactive class we will make:
- Tofu Makhani
- 'Best Ever' Potato Flatbreads
- Spiced Basmati Rice
All dishes are gluten and oil free using only plant-based ingredients.
What you can expect:
- Three days before the class you will be sent an ingredients and prep list
- On the morning of the class you will receive a Zoom link and recipe
- Once you log in to the meeting we'll start cooking!
Price is per screen, so if there is more than one person in the house, they can join in! There will be plenty of time to chat and ask questions (please mute your mic when you join).
