About the event
Just Eat Plants has partnered with Adelaide’s finest supermarkets and KESAB to curate a plant-based dinner to show us how we can green up our diets and reduce our environmental impact.
Learn new ways you can reduce your carbon footprint and take home recipe ideas. Three delicious dishes will be demonstrated followed by a sit down dinner.
Price includes a three-course dinner, a welcome drink on arrival, demo and talks by Just Eat Plants, our farmer and facilitated by Sarah Bruns from KESAB.
On the menu - Indonesian inspired flavours:
Entree: Gado Gado salad bowl with sesame tofu and fresh seasonal vegetables served with a delicious peanut sauce.
Main: Semur Jamur - An assortment of local mushrooms slowly braised in a rich, soy sauce served over steamed jasmine rice.
Dessert: Sticky black rice flavoured with a hint of five spice and served with a decadent almond cream, plated on a slice of banana leaf.
A fully plant-based and gluten free feast that aims to have a low carbon footprint and reduced waste output.
